On this page we will describe all stages of the company registration and the documents required to register a new company.
But you should know that each jurisdiction provides its requirements to the documents submitted. So this is general information.

Timeline

The procedure for registering a new company.

STEP 1

1st DAY

Checking the availability of the company name.

Send us at least 3 names for the company name and name of jurisdiction where you want to do incorporation.

2nd DAY

Forming an order.

STEP 3

3rd DAY

Submission of request to the state registration authorities

Sending the full package of documents for obtaining confirmation of the company registration.

STEP 4

4 - 9th DAYS

Signing of corporate documents

Signing of corporate documents with the client after receiving the registration data.

STEP 5

5 - 19th DAYS

Receipt of documents by the client

Documents can be received without the physical presence of the client in the country of incorporation. The originals of such documents you can get by mail or in our office.
